It was because they saw you differently. They saw you as a whole person, they invited you to engage, to get involved and bringing your whole self to work in meaningful ways against meaningful goals.<\/p><p>\u201cThat what leaders do, and that human capacity and that very human interaction is the most valuable part of organization.
